Rich Doyle was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in April 2025. In this role, he oversees Kohler’s financial strategy, operations, and performance. He leads all financial and strategy functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and global shared services. Rich is a global leader who brings more than 20 years of experience with cross-functional success across corporate finance, strategy, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and business process transformation. He is a member of the Kohler Leadership Team, reporting to Chair and CEO David Kohler.

Most recently, Rich was the CFO at Grande Cheese Company where he led the development of long-term enterprise strategy, financial operations and business planning, and human resources. Prior to Grande Cheese Company, he spent 18 years with General Mills, progressing from the Financial Leadership Development program into positions of greater complexity.

Rich holds a bachelor of science degree from the United States Naval Academy and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.
