Ginger King is Senior Vice President – Human Resources at Kohler Company.
Ginger joined Kohler Co. in 2001 and progressed through Human Resources positions in Kitchen & Bath Americas. She also spent five years with Ariens Co. in the roles of Vice President – Human Resources and Group President – Ariens Specialty Brands, where she excelled in driving performance and leading with an operational mindset. Ginger returned to Kohler Co. in 2018 as Director – Corporate Human Resources and in 2019 was promoted to Vice President – Enterprise Human Resources, which expanded her scope to include multiple global Human Resources teams. In 2021 Ginger became Vice President – Human Resources, Kitchen & Bath Group.
As Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Ginger is responsible for leading Human Resources, people, and talent strategies across Kohler worldwide. She serves as a strategic business advisor and oversees Human Resources policies, processes, and practices for business partners globally, as well as Human Resources centers of expertise including talent development, talent acquisition, employment brand, and Human Resources communications, global benefits, compensation, analytics, and digital. She is a key supporter of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to maximize workplace experience and to achieve business results.
Ginger earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and is a graduate of the Wharton Executive Education’s Chief Human Resources Officer Program from the University of Pennsylvania.
