Craig Baker was appointed Chief Innovation Officer in January 2024, and is responsible for industry-leading product design and innovation, as well as overseeing Kohler's Kitchen & Bath Group in the U.K. He is a results-driven leader who previously led the Global Product Innovation organization as Vice President, and he has been acutely focused on advancing the company’s Industrial Design and Engineering teams.

Craig joined Kohler Co. in 1997 as a Design Engineer at Mira Showers. He served on the Kohler Mira leadership team for 16 years in a variety of roles including New Product Development Director, Marketing Director, Marketing & Customer Service Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Managing Director. During his long tenure as a member of the senior management team, Craig developed a passion for delighting the customer along with a deep understanding of what it takes to bring innovative, reliable, award-winning products to market.

Craig graduated from Brunel University London with a bachelor’s degree in product design. He sits on the board of the UK Bathroom Manufacturers Association as Vice President and is President-designate for 2024-26.
