Heath Holtz was appointed Chief Operations, Supply Chain, and Sustainability Officer in April 2026. In this role, he brings strategic enterprise-wide leadership across Kohler Co.’s global operations and supply chain network. He also leads the company’s sustainability agenda, positioning it as a driver of competitive advantage across both functions. Heath works closely with business leaders worldwide to drive operational excellence and strengthen performance while fostering an inclusive culture. He is a member of the Kohler Leadership Team, reporting to Chair and CEO David Kohler.
Areas of oversight include environmental, health, and safety; global manufacturing; supply chain; strategic sourcing; operational excellence and quality; sustainable living, global properties, and facilities management; process engineering; new product integration; and aviation. Together with his team, Heath advances Kohler’s operational capabilities through innovative manufacturing technologies, automation, and the Kohler Operating System – embedding sustainable practices into the design, sourcing, and manufacturing of products while influencing more responsible ways of living and operating.
Heath joined Kohler in 2024 as Chief Operations & Supply Chain Officer after serving as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Logistics Operations, at Target Corporation. Heath also held executive leadership roles at Nissan North America and Nissan Motor Corporation in operations roles where he worked abroad in the United Kingdom and Japan. Early career experience includes Dell Inc. and the United States Air Force.
Heath holds a master’s degree in engineering systems from MIT, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a master’s degree in operations research from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in operations research from the United States Air Force Academy. He serves on the Board of the National Association of Manufacturers.
