Paul Ryan serves as Chief Digital Officer, leading Kohler’s global strategies for leveraging digital, data, process, and technology to deliver business value through digital experience, process excellence and automation, global information technology, and shared services organizations.

Paul joined Kohler Co. in December 2017 as Chief Information Officer, added responsibility for and built Kohler’s Global Shared Services organization in January 2021, and launched an Enterprise Process Excellence capability in January 2024.

Paul has over 30 years of experience driving organizational and technology transformations for companies like PepsiCo and Mars, Inc. Prior to joining Kohler Co., Paul served as Global Chief Information Officer for the Wrigley division of Mars, Inc. and Vice President IT for PepsiCo. He is a board member of Links for the Future, a 501(c)(3) foundation focused on creating an environment for current and future generations of Sheboygan County youth to thrive.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and computer information systems from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
