Paul Ryan was appointed Chief Information Officer in December 2017 and added responsibility for Shared Services in January 2021. He leads Kohler’s global information technology and shared services organizations, including operations, talent and capability building, and the development and execution of the global strategies to enable Kohler businesses.

Along with his team, Paul is focused on Kohler’s digital transformation, including go-to-market and e-commerce, connected products, operations and supply chain, data and analytics, and associate experience.

Paul has over 30 years of experience driving organization and technology transformations for companies like PepsiCo and Mars, Inc. Prior to joining Kohler, Paul served as Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for the Wrigley division of Mars.

Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and computer information systems from Bryant University in Rhode Island.
