SVP – Corporate Development & Strategy

Megan Ledyard was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President – Corporate Development & Strategy in May 2026 to lead the strategy team and the company’s enterprise strategy lifecycle.  She works in close partnership with business unit leaders, Finance, Legal and the Board of Directors and is a member of the Kohler Leadership Team reporting to Chair and CEO David Kohler.  In her role, Megan ensures that the company’s overall strategy is refined and activated across the business, drives disciplined decisions about where Kohler invests and how it manages and optimizes the portfolio for long-term value.  She also leads the approach to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and partnerships that support Kohler’s long-term vision.

Megan brings more than 20 years of experience across operations, finance, strategy and investing to Kohler.  Most recently, she served as Vice President – Inorganic Strategy & Business Development, Mars Snacking at Mars Incorporated.  Prior to that, she served as Global Head of M&A at Ingredion Incorporated, directing growth strategy and deal execution for the ingredient solutions company.  Earlier in her career, she worked as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and held various roles at International Paper.

Megan holds a BSBA in accounting from Ohio State, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a CPA license (inactive).
