Eric Tabor was appointed Chief Digital Officer in August 2025. He leads Kohler’s use of digital and data to simplify processes, deepen customer engagement, and spark innovation – while also developing the expertise needed across the enterprise. Eric oversees business unit and enterprise digital experiences, global data, analytics and AI, foundational platforms and technology, and the protection of company assets through robust cybersecurity practices. He brings more than 20 years of experience, and is a member of the Kohler Leadership Team, reporting to Chair and CEO David Kohler.
Most recently, Eric served as Business Information Security Officer at Stryker, where he stood up the company’s first Business Information Security Office – a strategic bridge between cybersecurity and the business. Prior to that role, Eric served as Vice President-IT Commercial, where he led IT across nine decentralized divisions. Eric also spent nearly 15 years at Kellogg Company, where he held leadership roles including Director of Global IT – Enabling Technologies, and Director of Global IT Project Management Office (PMO).
Eric holds bachelor’s degrees in management information systems and business management, a master’s degree in religion, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Practitioner. In 2023, he earned his Certified Information Systems Security Professional certification, and is pursuing a master of science in cybersecurity at Georgia Tech.
