Chris Ball was appointed President – Kitchen and Bath International (KBI) in June 2025. In this role, he oversees the KBI businesses in Asia (including Asia-Pacific, China, Northeast and South Asia), EMEA, Luxury and Wellness, and Kohler Ventures. Chris focuses on driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across international markets. He is responsible for delivering profitable business strategies, including marketing, sales, supply chain and talent development, ensuring that Kohler is competitive and relevant in diverse regions. Chris is a global leader who brings more than 25 years of experience and has successfully led global business operations across the Americas, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. He is a member of the Kohler Leadership Team, reporting to Chair and CEO David Kohler.

Most recently, Chris was President of the Doors division at Owens Corning, where he oversaw its global operations and focused on driving integration, team engagement and commercial growth following Owens Corning's acquisition of Masonite. Prior to Owens Corning, Chris spent 15 years with Whirlpool, advancing through marketing and sales positions into general management roles with increasing scope and complexity.

Chris holds a bachelor of science in business from Indiana University and a master of business administration from Northwestern University.
