New Supplier
To be added as a new supplier to KOHLER Co., you will receive an invite from a procurement associate to register on our Supplier Management Platform (SMP). You will be invited via e-mail which will contain the actions needed to complete the registration.
- The first portion of the onboarding process will require you to create log in credentials and fill in your company Profile.
- The second part will involve finalizing terms by Kohler Procurement and request for payment details.
It is recommended that you add more than one user as contact for logging in to the system; in the absence of one, the other can address any actions that need to be taken.

Existing Supplier Information Update
Existing Suppliers should update their contact information and other relevant information in the Supplier Management Platform. You will receive an invite from your procurement associate to register.
