Mental Health Support

Kohler is committed to supporting the mental health and overall well-being of all associates. Through enhanced global benefits available through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), every associate around the world has access to mental health support and resources, including 1:1 counseling, online education and resources, work/life services, legal and financial advice, and training and development. We also offer a comprehensive global Mental Health First Aid Training, with more than 70 associates trained and certified in 2023.

Events

Many of our locations throughout the world organize family days and other special events where associates and their families can engage in fun and fellowship. These efforts serve as a gracious extension of what we believe creates the kind of workplace our associates love to call their own.

Volunteer Time Off

All full-time U.S. associates receive up to eight hours of paid volunteer time annually to contribute their passions and talents to strengthening organizations in their communities.

We love to celebrate our wins! Through our peer-to-peer Bold Recognition program, service milestones, and spot bonuses, we recognize our teammates’ triumphs and perseverance. We are also incredibly proud and humbled by our 100-year-old Quarter Century Club, one of the oldest and largest organizations of its kind, with more than 12,000 associates worldwide who have completed 25 years of service.
