Ty Staviski joined Kohler Co. as Chief Financial Officer in April 2023. He is responsible for all aspects of Global Finance, Enterprise Strategy, Aviation, and Global Properties and Facilities.

Ty has over 25 years of global leadership experience in several industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, and over fifteen years of experience in industrial power tools. Ty joined Kohler Co. from Milwaukee Electric Tool where he was Chief Financial Officer.  He has also held leadership positions at General Electric Company and Newell Rubbermaid.

Ty earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
