Thomas G. Cromwell joined Kohler Co. in 2009 as President of Kohler Engines. Cromwell took on additional responsibility for the global diesel engine business in 2012 and was promoted to Group President – Kohler Power in 2014. He is responsible for managing the Kohler Power business, which includes Engines, Generators and Uninterruptable Power. These businesses total roughly $2B in annual revenue, with headquarters and plant operations located throughout the world. Prior to joining Kohler, Cromwell worked for 18 years at Modine Manufacturing Co. in Racine, Wisconsin, where he served as Regional Vice President – Americas. Beginning in 2004 he held a series of progressively larger general management roles in the company’s commercial products, electronics cooling and heavy-duty division in Europe. Cromwell spent the early part of his career in manufacturing engineering, supervision, supply chain and plant management. Cromwell earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
