Michael Mueller is Vice President – Corporate Communications for Kohler Co. He is responsible for providing the communications strategy and execution to support company-wide brand and corporate initiatives. Mueller’s role directs the design, development and evaluation of brand strategies, guidelines and policies to support the future growth of Kohler Co.
Mueller joined Kohler Co. in 1997 as Director – Advertising & Promotion Services and has progressed through multiple leadership roles in Communications over his tenure. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President – Content Production.
Prior to joining Kohler Co., Mueller served as Creative Director and Director of Client Services for two Minneapolis advertising agencies.
Mueller holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and has taught MBA-level courses on integrated communications and brand strategy. He participates on several social impact teams within Kohler Co. and is on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Wisconsin.
