Mateusz Troicki is Vice President – Strategy for Kohler Co. In this role, he is responsible for facilitating the development, planning, and implementation of global enterprise-wide corporate and business strategies. Troicki leads the Strategic Initiatives Office (SIO), which is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company’s top strategic priorities, as well as leading the Economic & Market Analytics team.He also works closely with Mergers & Acquisitions relative to all business development activities.

Troicki joined Kohler Co. in 2022, coming from Target Corporation where most recently he was the Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, leading the company’s holistic enterprise strategy approach. Prior to Target, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focused on international strategy and operations consulting across a range of industries.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Outside of work, Troicki serves on the Board of Directors for the American Composers Forum.
