Effective January 1, 2022, Kohler Co. will require all contractors and visitors who spend more than 15 minutes per day in close contact with a Kohler associate on a Kohler property to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid negative test before entering the facility. A negative test is deemed valid if it was resulted against active COVID by a validated agency within seven days from the date of the visit. This policy is in alignment with Kohler’s requirement that all U.S. associates be fully vaccinated by January 1.
More details will be revealed about the vaccine certification process in the coming weeks. Please reach out to your Kohler contact with any questions or concerns in the interim.
