Two mentorship tracks, Rise Boldly and Forging Connections, were launched by Kohler's DEI team in partnership with Ten Thousand Coffees to accelerate advancement of diverse talent.
In 2023 associates engaged in 162,000 hours of learning: 147,000 hours were spent in our Kohler Career Management Platform and 15,000 hours were spent in LinkedIn Learning.
More than 1,380 leaders and HR business partners participated in Talent and Succession Planning training.
In 2023, 743 associates completed Kohler’s inaugural Inclusive Leader Training on cultural competence, unconscious bias, and the need for DEI.
For Global Diversity Month, the DEI team convened leading voices to share actionable insights and raise awareness of DEI activations, policies, and events.
