Working With Third Parties

In addition to following the laws that apply directly to the Company, you must also ensure that third parties who are engaged in doing business with and/or on behalf of the Company are following the law and the Company’s expectations around ethical conduct. Third parties who engage in illegal activities can damage the Company’s reputation, while also subjecting you and the company to serious legal violations. You and other Covered Parties may not direct, authorize, condone, tolerate, or knowingly benefit from behavior by third parties that would violate this Code. Never ignore signs that a third party is engaging in questionable behavior. If you have any concerns that a third party with whom you are doing business is engaged in conduct that potentially violates the Code, contact our Chief Legal Officer.
