Reporting Concerns

Be Bold and Speak Up

Being bold means having the courage to question, challenge, and protect what’s right—to speak up. You are required to speak up when you encounter or suspect behavior that is counter to this Code. Encouraging others to speak up about misconduct is not just a policy, it’s a commitment to doing what’s right. When you feel safe and supported in raising concerns, it strengthens trust, helps us uncover issues early, and protects the long-term health of the Company. The Company is committed to listening, taking action, and ensuring that every voice is heard without fear of retaliation—even when the message is uncomfortable or critical.

Our Commitment to Investigate

The Company investigates all concerns raised that allege unlawful and/or unethical behavior and takes appropriate action. As part of an investigation, you may be asked to participate, which is a condition of employment with the Company. To ensure integrity in the investigation process, this Code requires that you fully and truthfully cooperate with an investigation. Failure to do so, providing false or misleading information, and/or interfering with the investigation process are violations of this Code.

Prohibition on Retaliation

The Company strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith and/or participates in an investigation—whether it’s about misconduct, policy violations, or ethical issues. Retaliation can take many forms, including exclusion, unfair treatment, and threats, and it undermines the Company’s culture of trust. If you report a concern in good faith, the Company prohibits any retaliation against you and looks favorably on you for raising a good-faith concern. The Company encourages you to speak up, knowing you will be heard, supported, and safeguarded from retaliation.

In addition, the Company takes confidentiality seriously when it comes to reporting concerns. Associates who boldly speak up—whether about misconduct, policy violations, or ethical issues—can trust that their identity and the details of their report will be handled with care and discretion.

To report concerns and/or obtain guidance about compliance and ethics matters, you can use multiple channels, which include:

  • Talk to your manager, next-level manager, or another member of management

  • Contact your human resources business partner or the Chief Human Resources Officer

Additionally, reports may also be submitted through the Company’s Ethics Helpline, managed by the Company’s outside third-party provider Navex Global, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in multiple languages. Reports to the Ethics Helpline can be reported confidentially and anonymously, subject to local laws. Reports can be made to the Ethics Helpline via the website, mobile phone, or calling the regional hotline.
