AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR CODE OF CONDUCT (CODE)

Kohler Co. is committed to compliance with all laws and regulations in the countries where it operates. This Code is the foundation of our commitment to ethical business practices and sets the standards for how associates interact with each other and engage in business activities globally. 

The Code applies to all Kohler Co. (the Company), directors, officers, and associates throughout the world, as well as independent contractors, business partners, and other third parties acting on the Company’s behalf (Covered Parties).
