The Code applies to Kohler Co. (the Company), subsidiaries, associates, those who work for or represent Kohler Co., and members of the Board of Directors when acting in their capacity for Kohler Co. 

Violation of this Code and Company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
