The Company recognizes that there may be appropriate occasions where the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or lawful controlled substances is part of conducting Company business—such as associate recognition events, industry gatherings, or while hosting customers and third parties. In these instances, you are expected to exercise moderation, sound judgment, and professionalism at all times. Compliance with all applicable laws, Company policies, and local regulations is mandatory. Consumption of alcohol and/or other controlled substances should never compromise safety, respect, or the integrity of the Company’s business relationships.
