Stacy Redding helps lead Kohler Co.’s relationship with one of our largest distributors, Ferguson Enterprises. It’s a role that brings her career full circle back to her roots and fresh out of college.
“Ironically enough, I started my professional career working in sales for Ferguson directly,” said Stacy. “I worked as a sales trainee and later as a showroom consultant. At the time, I had no idea I would return to work with many of the same people I met when I was just starting out in the industry. It’s a humbling and rewarding feeling.”
As a national account manager, she works closely with Ferguson’s showroom marketing and sales team, building strong relationships to drive sales and showroom performance. Behind the products and programs, Stacy understands the importance of building trust and developing genuine relationships in this industry, both internally and externally.
Because of her optimism, passion for the business and dedication to customers, Stacy received the coveted Christine Huffer Passion Award in 2017. Each year, the Kohler Kitchen & Bath sales team presents the award to one associate who exemplifies the drive and devotion to exceed customer expectations above and beyond the rest—a well-deserved honor for Stacy.
“As cheesy as it sounds, I have a passion to really get to know the people I work with; crack past the surface level and see their heart,” she said.
