Supply Chain Rotational Program

As a global leader in manufacturing and supply chain, Kohler and its Supply Chain Rotational Program provide recently graduated, high potential supply chain professionals with a challenging and diverse environment where they can experience the impact of their work on real business initiatives.

This high visibility program is approximately 12 months in duration and includes three rotations of four months each.

Successful candidates will take part in a variety of experiences within all of Kohler’s supply chain functions across all business units:

  • Global Indirect Procurement
  • Kitchen and Bath Distribution, Logistics and Transportation
  • Kitchen & Bath Supply and Operations Planning and Continuous Improvement
  • Power Group (Generators / Engines) Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Decorative Products (Kallista / Ann Sacks) Procurement and Supply Chain

With possibilities in both domestic and international assignments, the program offers:

  • Visibility into a robust and complex global supply chain
  • In-program flexibility to allow participants to curate their own experiences and drive their own career path
  • A robust program alumni network that adds to the rich experience of each associate throughout their career
  • Networking opportunities and exposure to many of the organization's top executives

At the conclusion of the program, participants transition into opportunities across the business.
