As a global leader in manufacturing and supply chain, Kohler and its Supply Chain Rotational Program provide recently graduated, high potential supply chain professionals with a challenging environment where they can experience the impact of their work on real business initiatives. This high visibility program is approximately 12 months in duration and includes three rotations of four months each. Successful candidates will take part in a variety of diverse experiences within corporate and business unit organizations in areas such as global procurement, distribution, transportation, sales and order planning, continuous improvement and many others.
With possibilities in both domestic and international assignments, the program offers fast-track career development, technical and soft skills training, and real-time professional growth. In addition, a robust program alumni network adds to the rich experience of each associate. At the conclusion of the program, participants are placed in permanent positions within the organization based on their areas of interest and business need.
