Hear directly from our Supply Chain Rotational Program participants:
"I chose the program because I desired a hands-on experience directly out of college that allowed me to see into the entire supply chain in a condensed one-year program. The program offered project ownership, the chance to develop a global perspective, and the opportunity to represent an industry-leading and innovative company. My favorite part of the program has been the opportunity to interact and network with rotational alumni and senior leadership. Kohler truly invests in their employees and their dedication to my individual and professional development has been evident. Through this program, I have been able to identify my future career path and goals, while creating friendships that last beyond the workplace." - Elise Stout, Supply Chain Management Specialist
"I chose Kohler’s Supply Chain Rotational program because it gave me an opportunity to experience three unique rotations over the course of a single year. Other rotational programs were 2-3 years long. The 1-year program allowed me to expedite the learning process and confidently step into a permanent role sooner. The Supply Chain Rotational program taught me a lot about Kohler strategies, systems, and processes. It also helped me network within the Supply Chain and Operations organization. This combination of learning and networking allowed me to be successful in the global operations role I had immediately after graduating from the program." - Dan Panozzo, Associate Product Manager - Kitchen Faucets
"The Supply Chain Rotational program gave me a great opportunity to learn the different aspects of supply chain including purchasing, S&OP, logistics, and more – especially helpful for a new student fresh out of college. The program helped me to better understand and apply the knowledge I gained in the classroom within real business cases which allowed me to explore my interests. I was also able to build great work relationships with people from different departments." - Lixin Liu, Systems Project Leader
