With the strength of Kohler’s 40+ brands, comes an equally strong team of marketing professionals who thrive in a diverse, fast-paced exciting atmosphere where their ideas are encouraged and valued. To develop the next generation of leaders, Kohler’s Marketing Rotational Program expands an associate’s breadth of experience and impact within the organization through four rotations over a 24-month period. Areas of opportunity include product, channel, retail and global marketing, along with exposure to various business divisions.

At the same time you’re discovering which area of marketing you’re most passionate about, the program provides focused development and mentoring to ensure you’re set up for success. Program participants are full-time, permanent Kohler associates and exit the program upon their acceptance of a role within any of our business operations.
