Participants in Kohler’s Information Technology Rotational Program gain a broad understanding of IT functional areas through hands-on, in-depth and meaningful assignments. In addition to developing basic business acumen, self-awareness, and functional experience, associates have the freedom to explore their long-term career interests and aspirations.
Based in our North American operations, the 12-18-month program consists of long stints (3-4 months), short blocks (2-4 weeks), and field visits (1 day or less). Throughout the program, the rotational will interact regularly with their program mentor, onsite manager and human resources to allow for ongoing feedback and sharing. Your exploration within the program ends upon your acceptance of a role within your identified area of interest.
