Associates in Kohler’s HR Rotational Program have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the HR job family from Centers of Excellence (corporate subject matter experts) to serving as an HR Business Partner embedded in key areas of our business. You’ll work in multiple HR disciplines including recruiting, coaching and counseling, business consulting, process and project management, talent development, learning and change management.
Based in North America, the program is designed to provide two to four short-term experiences, spanning a 12–18-month period. Rotational assignments are determined by business need and vary significantly depending on placement. You’ll enjoy a variety of experiences that will allow you to gain functional knowledge, as well as a well-rounded understanding of the Kohler businesses. Your exploration within the program ends upon your acceptance of a role within your identified area of interest.
The HR Rotational role provided me with exposure to various business and functions that I likely wouldn’t have taken on without the program, namely manufacturing.
