Designed for high-potential, early-career candidates, the Kohler Kitchen and Bath Global Management Trainee Program builds essential leadership skills for those aspiring to general manager and functional leader positions. With rotations in areas such as executive administration, supply chain, marketing and engineering, this 3- to 5-year global program will expand your mindset and challenge your abilities in order to fast-track your growth and development.

In addition to focused coaching and mentorship, program participants will serve as a reverse mentor for the executive leaders to whom they are assigned. Tailored training experiences also include leadership-development courses and cross-cultural experiences. At the conclusion of the program, participants are ultimately placed in leadership positions within the organization based on their area of interest and business need.
