Throughout the 18- to 36-month multi-rotational experience, you’ll gain insight into areas such as design and operations, product marketing, sales, supply chain, industrial design and more. Opportunities are available within several of Kohler’s business divisions.
During your time, you’ll experience focused training and development, as well as challenging assignments that test your skills and allow you to explore career options. Location of work will vary. Specific work assignments will be determined according to a combination of business needs and the incumbent’s interest, skills and educational background. Program participants are full-time, permanent Kohler associates and exit the development program upon their acceptance of a role within any of our business operations.
After graduating, I was attracted to the engineering rotational program because I wasn’t sure what area of engineering I wanted to focus on. Each rotation provided unique involvement to learn Kohler’s business processes, gain perspectives of the product, and form a network of relationships from different business functions.
