With that, we offer associates in our Accounting and Finance Rotational Program the opportunity to work alongside our knowledgeable team of accounting analysts, supervisors and managers on challenging projects that expand your knowledge and experience, while you build your professional network. Opportunities to explore within Kohler Finance include areas such as internal audit, tax, treasury and risk management, mergers and acquisitions, business/product line analysis, cost accounting, capital planning and analysis, financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, global reporting and credit.

While the number of rotations and the total length of each experience will vary between 8 and 12 weeks, it’s a great time to discover the area that offers the most potential for growth and career satisfaction. Associates in the program are ultimately placed in a permanent position within the finance organization based on their area of interest and business need.
