Kohler’s paid Culinary and Baking/Pastry Externship Program offers motivated, passionate students the opportunity to work alongside world-class chefs and leaders in the hospitality industry. Students with outstanding leadership skills and a desire for continuous improvement can hone their confidence and technical skills while applying their talents within any one of our 12 restaurants. After the successful completion of the program, students will have the potential for full-time employment with Kohler Hospitality.
