Our Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) are two-year, salaried programs designed for recent college graduates who are eager to kick-start their growth and development. You’ll work on meaningful projects with high impact, and you’ll receive the support you need to set your personal career trajectory at Kohler.

Sales & Marketing

Bolster business growth as you hone your business acumen, build strategic communication skills and uncover consumer insights through rotations in Category, Brand and Sales.

Engineering

Drive leading-edge innovation at Kohler through focused training, mentorship and hands-on rotations within New Product Development, Current Product Development, Wholesale, Retail and more.

Finance

Accelerate your growth through a dynamic blend of intentional rotational assignments, in-depth training and ongoing coaching, designed to develop core skills from financial planning and analysis to risk management and asset safeguarding.

Digital

Explore long-term career growth through a blend of hands-on, in-depth and meaningful rotational assignments in Infrastructure Operations, Application Support, Cyber Security and Data & Analytics.

Operations & Supply Chain

Create advancements in Kohler’s systems, strategies and processes as you explore Operations & Supply Chain rotations such as Front-Line Operations, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Logistics & Transportation, Strategic Sourcing, and more.

The Program at a Glance

Before you start

After you accept your offer, we'll stay connected with you and provide program details and resources to set you up for success so you'll be ready to hit the ground running.

Welcome week & onboarding

Your program will start with a big “Kohler welcome,” including tours of campus, networking opportunities with your fellow program participants and leaders and info sessions to set you up for success.

Function rotations

Then it will be time to settle into your first rotation. You’ll meet regularly with your mentor and manager to set goals and discuss what you’ve learned about yourself and your interests, which will inform what your next rotation could be. Between each rotation, you’ll participate in week-long seminars with your cross-functional cohort, designed to build key skills and grow your network.

Connecting across functions

Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to stretch and learn—working across business areas and functions, networking with leaders and owning initiatives to make our company and communities better.

FAQs

What compensation and benefits do you offer?

This role includes a competitive base salary, signing bonus and relocation assistance. Benefits include 401(k) and a pension plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO and more.

Will I need to relocate? Where will I be?

The majority of our LDP roles are based in Kohler, WI, and Kohler provides relocation assistance.

Am I guaranteed a job or leadership position after the program is over?

Yes, all LDP program participants in good standing will be offered a position within Kohler once the two-year program is complete.
