Our Recruitment Timeline
August - October:
Program applications are available. Interviews and offers will be extended as we review applications—you may even find us at your campus’s career fair!
November - January:
Program applications close in November. We evaluate any remaining applications and continue to interview and extend offers to candidates through January.
February - March:
All remaining offers are extended and acceptances are due.
April - June:
Pre-employment processes and preparations for summer programs begin in June.
On-going:
Candidates that have accepted offers will continuously receive updates and information about their program from the time they accept their offer until they begin employment with Kohler.
